- Account Details: Name, email address, password hashes, and user avatar.
- Studio Profile Information: Organization name, studio role mappings, and custom branding settings for game development teams.
- Integration Metadata: API keys, webhook URLs, and credentials for third-party platforms (e.g., Steamworks, Unity, Zoom, Google).
- Usage & Telemetry: Feature interactions, tool usage metrics (GDD editor, wiki pages, playable ads, motion design), and AI credit consumption records. For technical details, view our Operating Docs.
2. Why We Collect It
We process your data to coordinate team game dev operations, deliver advanced features, and analyze performance:
- Workspace Access: Orchestrate and authorize access to your shared studio workspace resources.
- Team Leaderboards: Gamify and calculate team contributions, achievements, and leaderboard rankings for game developers.
- AI Generation: Process AI generations via our Google Gemini and Fal.ai pipelines.
- Market Telemetry: Analyze Steam Wishlist Market metrics and generate automated reports. Check real-time node availability on our System Status page.
3. How It Is Stored
Your game development data is hosted securely using cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade protection. Read our full Security Architecture for deeper insights:
- Row Level Security: All database transactions are handled via PostgreSQL instances with strict Row Level Security (RLS).
- At-Rest Encryption: Databases and backups containing game design documents are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
- In-Transit Encryption: Data in transit is fully encrypted using forced HTTPS and TLS 1.3 Cryptography.
4. Subprocessors & Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or proprietary game studio IP to third parties. We only share information with authorized subprocessors required to operate platform services:
- Payment Processors: Stripe or Paddle for handling subscription billing transactions.
- Authentication Providers: NextAuth adapters to securely validate login sessions.
- AI Service Providers: Google Cloud AI and Fal.ai (only prompt payloads submitted for processing).
5. AI Processing Protocols
Our platform uses advanced machine learning models to assist game designers and asset pipelines:
- Google Gemini AI: Used for generating Game Design Documents (GDD), wiki sections, release notes, and smart notifications.
- Fal.ai Engine: Used for 3D mesh model generation (Hunyuan, Trellis, Rodin) and image-to-3D pipelines.
